Refund policy

We want you to love your order, but if you don't, our return policy lasts 7 days from the day your item is delivered. We do not offer refunds, but you can return any unwashed and unworn items for store credit. If 8+ days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to return/exchange your item. Custom orders are not returnable, but please reach out so we can make it right!

Need to exchange for a different size?

Please email hello@happydaycollective.com for instructions on where to send your unwashed, unworn shirt.

All exchanges must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping expenses for exchanges are upon the customer, but we will pay the return shipping to get you the correct shirt for US ORDERS ONLY. Customers outside the United States will be responsible for exchange shipping both ways.

We urge you to please refer to the size chart before ordering.
